Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nanny to join our team at Lili Zeng. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household management, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the family.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home, maintaining a clean and organized space.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their emotional well-being and providing guidance on personal hygiene and social development.
  • Perform various household tasks, including laundry, ironing, and pressing clothing and household linens.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
  • Transport children to and from activities, appointments, and school.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to children, creating a nurturing environment.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move children and household items.
