Responsibilities- Supervise and care for a multi-aged group of children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs to promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other caregivers and support staff to ensure seamless care and support for children.
- Document children's progress, including their daily activities, meals, and any notable events or incidents.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Emergency child care first aid and CPR, Food allergy and anaphylaxis training, CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, time management, patience, honesty.
