MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and satisfaction through strategic account planning, technical enablement, and proactive issue resolution.

This role requires a strong passion for technology and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive success. Your technical expertise and account management skills will enable you to navigate complex customer environments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive customer growth and satisfaction
  • Providing technical enablement and support to customers to ensure successful adoption of MongoDB products
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues through effective communication and issue escalation
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Product Engineering, to drive customer success and product innovation
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leaders
