We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Provider Experience Lead in the Department of Health and Wellness. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the digital experience of healthcare providers in Nova Scotia.
Primary Accountabilities- Develop a deep understanding of the provider experience within the Nova Scotia Health System and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of digital solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective digital experiences that support the delivery of high-quality care.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leaders on digital experience initiatives.
- Act as a champion for the provider experience, advocating for the needs and perspectives of healthcare providers.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or computer science.
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a related field, including experience in healthcare, digital experience, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including healthcare providers, administrators, and senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of digital experience principles, including user-centered design, human-centered design, and service design.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation and collaboration.
