Digital Media Strategist

VERB Interactive is a digital marketing and technology agency with a global presence. We're seeking a skilled Performance Media Strategist to join our team and help drive success for our high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute end-to-end paid media strategies for clients, including planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure goals are being met.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to report on insights and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish channel and tactical strategies along the path-to-purchase.
- Work directly with clients to present findings and strategy.
- Develop fresh concepts and ideas that drive results in collaboration with creative teams.
- Monitor campaign budgets and results, making budget and channel allocation recommendations as necessary.
- Set up and manage campaigns across various digital platforms.
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid media.
- Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experience.
- Highly knowledgeable and proficient with paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of new developments in the field.
- Up-to-date on the latest digital trends and able to apply educated recommendations based on this knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment.
