Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers through various communication channels.
This role requires a strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work closely with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to GPS, radio, and communication systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with system information, changes, and updates to provide the best possible support to our customers.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of GPS, radio, and communication systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in both French and English.
