We are seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to GPS technology, communication systems, and other related hardware and software. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be fluent in both French and English and have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to GPS technology, communication systems, and other related hardware and software
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Knowledge of GPS technology, communication systems, and other related hardware and software
