About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is an asset.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
