About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at DAIRY QUEEN. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Load buspans and trays with food and beverages, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Keep records of food quantities used to maintain inventory and control costs.
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery or pickup.
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer requests and maintain quality standards.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing a welcoming and attentive experience.
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
