We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Assistant Operator to join our team at Cascades Canada ULC. As a key member of our pressroom team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing presses, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain printing presses, including setting up and adjusting equipment
  • Monitor press runs for quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Assist skilled tradespersons with press repairs and maintenance
  • Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a pressroom or related environment an asset
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
