We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team at Realstar Management. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of common areas and amenity spaces.
  • Thoroughly clean vacant suites, including appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, and bathrooms.
  • Exterior cleaning duties, including maintenance of underground garages, parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops.
  • Report any serious deficiencies or hazards to the Resident Manager.
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends, and be able to lift and push heavy objects.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience in janitorial or maintenance work.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
