As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and consumers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and sales representatives with order entry and sales program information
  • Administer sales programs by applying proper terms to each order
  • Answer customer inquiries about product and availability
  • Analyze incoming inquiries and develop plans to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Assist in training and development of new team members
  • Participate in departmental meetings and initiatives
Requirements:
  • College diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • SAP experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to sit for long periods and use a telephone
