As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their purchases, returns, and trade-ins are processed efficiently and effectively.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working with people and technology, and who is eager to learn and grow with our team. No experience is required, as we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Creating an amazing customer experience at the checkout or customer service counter
  • Responding to customer inquiries and sharing your product knowledge
  • Ensuring store signage is accurate and open box items are properly marked
  • Ensuring shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized
  • Completing pre-opening and post-closing tasks
