Job Title: Greenhouse Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Olds Oasis Organic Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our greenhouse, including crop care, maintenance, and harvesting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and harvest horticultural crops
  • Divide fresh produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
  • Mix and prepare soils
  • Pot and re-pot plants
  • Apply fertilizers and report signs of insect or disease damage
  • Assist in grafting activities and train trees to produce high-quality fruit
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Clean work area and maintain a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Greenhouse Labourer will work in a physically demanding environment, requiring standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
