The Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau is seeking a skilled Housing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to tenants by raising their awareness on the importance of maintaining their housing units in good condition and adopting safe and healthy habits in and around their homes.

Under the supervision of the Pivallianiq Program Manager, you will uphold the organization's mission, goals, and values, and be able to work in a team. If no other resource is available, you will provide assistance in all activities related to the administration of Client Services with the tenants of NHB.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary V diploma or pertinent experience, as well as two years of experience ideally related to Client Services department or activities. You will also possess the ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, French or English), knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook), and be willing to travel for training or meetings.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a great sense of client services, strong communication skills, ability for team work, reliability, and punctuality. You will also have a high concern for confidentiality and the capacity to organize and prioritize to respect deadlines.

NHB offers a competitive salary, northern benefits, and interesting working conditions. The starting salary is $25.91 and could be more based on the evaluation of experiences related.
