Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at EliteGlobal Group Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide training and guidance to users on software applications and technical procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and solutions
  • Serve as a technical resource for junior staff members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with technical software applications and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
