Millwright Maintenance Specialist

Emterra Group is seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Specialist to join our maintenance team at our Material Recycling Facilities in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, and performing repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair industrial equipment, including conveyor systems, motors, hydraulic units, and pneumatic units.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Valid Industrial Mechanic / Millwright trade certificate for the province of Ontario (433A) or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of industrial experience, preferably in a maintenance role.
  • Strong mechanical background and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
