Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership teams across Technology, Product, and Operations. Your role will involve driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions and identify trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
