Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Technology, Product, and Operations, providing strategic guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and performance management.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions and identify trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
