Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
  • Oversee the performance management process for Technology, Product, and Operations teams
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and performance management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced environment
