Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership teams, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals. Your focus will be on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
