We are a rapidly growing company in the manufacturing industry, and we're looking for an experienced welder to join our production team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, be able to work independently, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

The Master Fabricator will work closely with our production team to meet company targets, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read plans and templates, and a keen eye for quality control.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble metal parts using TIG, arc, MIG, or semi-automatic welding processes, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing plans.
  • Inspect and test welded parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Work independently for extended periods, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Maintain and repair tools, machinery, and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in welding, preferably with a focus on metal fabrication.
  • Fundamental knowledge of materials science, metallurgy, mechanics, electricity, and technical drawing principles.
  • Technical skills: assembly, cutting, welding, and process technologies.
  • Strong understanding of workplace risks, materials, and equipment safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work without supervision.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
