About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Partner Development Representative to join our Channel Partner Team in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source new strategic partners to expand and strengthen our Channel Partner ecosystem.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective partners to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to signed agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive and lead efforts to increase internal and external awareness of our Channel development initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success as needed.
  • Travel to conferences, trade shows, partner meetings as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our overall Channel Partner strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including cold-calling.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • You are self-motivated, creative, organized, and process-oriented.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav, or similar.
