Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director to lead our Enterprise Resilience Risk team. As a key member of our Group Risk Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions and strategies of our corporate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to post-implementation review, ensuring timely delivery within approved scope and budget.
- Issue Management & Reporting: Manage and report on a portfolio of issues on behalf of the Enterprise Resilience Risk team, supporting Enterprise reporting and governance processes.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, leveraging your expertise in program management, risk mitigation, and change management.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with a strong background in risk and compliance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior management levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Macros.
- Experience managing a team and leading complex projects, with a proven track record of success.
