Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to oversee the operational functions and strategies of corporate programs. The successful candidate will manage activities through senior managers and managers, implementing corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets. As part of the Group Risk Management team, the Program Director will lead, direct, and oversee activities in managing regulatory-based remediation projects affecting Enterprise Resilience Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on regulator-based remediation activities from initiation through to post-implementation review within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
  • Facilitate decision-making and develop risk-mitigation strategies to ensure the successful closure of remediation activities.
  • Implement Change Management - Provide support for change management initiatives that can impact the project remediation activities.
  • Manage and report on a portfolio of issues on behalf of Enterprise Resilience Risk team.
  • Support Enterprise reporting and governance processes on the issues that are the responsibility of Enterprise Resilience Risk team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills – proven ability to communicate at Senior Management/Executive levels
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Macros
  • Experience managing a team and/or leading complex projects
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment actively managing a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Skilled in building a network and maintaining key relationships
