We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
