We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial banking products and services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue.
- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
