Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our retail team at beBee Professionals in Maple Ridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and secure environment for customers and staff.

Requirements
