Job Title: Business Services Officer

At AMAZING BAKERY, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including conflict resolution and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
