Strive Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Business Development, Alberta and Prairies to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating mortgage originations and servicing broker clients in the Alberta and Prairies region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and other industry partners to drive business growth and increase market share.
  2. Stay up-to-date on Strive Capital's mortgage products, services, and innovative technologies, as well as competitor offerings.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding existing relationships and developing new contacts.
  4. Establish and manage sales targets and forecasts to meet Strive Capital's overall origination plan.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to broker clients, ensuring a positive experience and driving loyalty.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of two years' experience in the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools and technologies.
