Compensation: $20-$25 per hour (full-time / permanent)

At On Side Restoration, we're seeking a skilled Water Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you'll be responsible for responding to water-related emergencies and restoring properties to their pre-disaster state.

The Job – Water Damage Restoration Specialist

As a Water Damage Restoration Specialist, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide empathetic support during a stressful time. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be essential in assessing and resolving water damage issues.

What you bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Ability to communicate in English or French at an intermediate level

Past experience in demolition work, carpentry, or a related field is an asset, but not required. We're committed to providing on-the-job training and opportunities for development.
