About the Role

First Onsite - CA is seeking a highly skilled Water Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team as the first responder for water-related emergencies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for stabilizing, cleaning, and preparing properties for restoration after water damage incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onsite emergency response activities, including pumping water, clearing carpet, removing drywall, and mitigation.
  • Set up deodorization, negative air, ozone, thermal fogging, and related equipment to facilitate the drying process.
  • Monitor the drying process and adjust equipment as necessary to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with construction and content crews to ensure a seamless restoration process.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the construction or restoration industry (relevant cleaning experience may be considered).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts.
  • Valid Driver's License (no restrictions).
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safety.
