Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to ensure rooms are ready for guests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Process guest payments, handle foreign currencies, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve sales targets and promote hotel services and facilities.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet guest needs.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competent level of computer proficiency, with experience in property management systems an asset.
