Job SummaryThis exciting opportunity involves working as a licensed insurance sales representative in a fast-paced call centre environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling life insurance products, and achieving sales targets.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles. If you are a driven and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding results, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Handle phone calls from prospects and clients to provide accurate and useful information, propose and sell insurance products, and ensure quality customer experiences.
- Accompany and advise clients in analyzing their life insurance needs and ensuring they are adequately protected.
- Act as an expert advisor to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures.
- Transform potential customers into loyal customers and enthusiastic followers by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A valid LLQP license (no prior experience in insurance necessary).
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience working in a call centre or structured work environment.
- Organizational skills, a rigorous work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Mastery of sales techniques and keyboard agility with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
This role offers a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of $62,400, plus uncapped commission.
- A fully on-site office location in the heart of the Financial District.
- A Monday-to-Friday work schedule, with flexible hours between 9am and 8pm.
- Two weeks' vacation in the first year, increasing to three weeks after that.
