Role Overview

As a Property Administrator, Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties spanning both Canada and the United States.

Your key responsibilities will include developing operating budgets for various properties, managing tenant allocations, handling year-end reconciliations, negotiating rental rates, and preparing leases.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational and financial management skills to effectively oversee property operations, budgets, and tenant allocations.

An in-depth understanding of real estate and property management principles, including lease negotiation, rental rate structuring, and year-end reconciliations, is essential.

A degree or designation within a relevant field is considered a valuable asset.

Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on your experience, along with a performance-based bonus.

Additional benefits include four weeks of vacation, an extended health package, and on-site parking.
