We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive leasing strategy that optimizes occupancy and rental income across our commercial real estate portfolio.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to work with a growing and innovative company in the commercial real estate market. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of brokerage experience and a strong network within the commercial real estate community in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a leasing strategy that aligns with the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with new tenants, ensuring favorable lease terms while meeting tenant needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with local brokers, property managers, tenants, and other key stakeholders in the real estate community.
- Monitor and analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to inform leasing decisions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, or a related field in the region.
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and successfully negotiating lease terms.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor leasing team members.
