About the Role

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our facility management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of facility management services to clients, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard and in accordance with client requirements.
  • Develop and implement annual facility management plans, ensuring that all facilities are maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that all facility-related operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all work is completed on time, safely, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation is captured and maintained within our service maintenance databases.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate capital assets and make recommendations for maintenance, repair, and replacement.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our operations, identifying opportunities for best practices and sustainable practices.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance management.
  • Excellent communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong client service orientation and sense of urgency.
