Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Develop and implement annual facility management plans to ensure uptime objectives are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the implementation of facility-related operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 3-5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on operations and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of client service orientation and sense of urgency.
- A competitive salary range of $62,939 - $80,000 per annum.
