We are seeking an experienced Administrative Management Specialist to join our team at Woodcraft Kitchen Cabinets.

About the Role

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

As an Administrative Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing administrative procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinating office services such as accommodation and equipment, and assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.

In addition, you will be required to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to work under pressure with tight deadlines. You must have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative procedures and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
