Assembly Line Technician

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per yearA Production Worker plays a crucial role in our assembly line operations, producing refurbished coin-operated washer and dryer parts and related subassemblies. This dynamic role involves working at different workstations according to production needs.
Responsibilities:- Move washers and dryers on and off an assembly line with precision and efficiency.
- Place parts in bins for refurbishment by various subcomponent repair departments.
- Perform a variety of tasks on different models of the same item, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
- Maintain an excellent Workers' Comp safety record, upholding our commitment to employee well-being.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation among colleagues, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 1 year of related experience and/or training is desirable.
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and documents, such as safety rules and operating manuals.
- Knowledge of hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, drill motors, and metal snips.
- The ability to use an air-driven drill, screw gun, and rivet gun with confidence and precision.
- The capacity to lift 50 pounds regularly and occasionally move 200 pounds or more with a dolly/hand truck.
