Set-Up Technician Role Overview

At Plasman, we are seeking a skilled Set-Up Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for operating injection molding press and assembly equipment in a safe and productive fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection molding press and assembly equipment to produce high-quality parts.
  • Follow established system procedures and instructions to ensure efficient production.
  • Accurately complete daily production reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report any malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards immediately to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A passing score on an internal Injection Molding Test and Interview.
  • The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
  • The ability to be trained for the above-mentioned responsibilities.
  • Acceptable performance record and attendance record.
