At Lifemark, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will serve as the first point of contact for our company, embodying a passion for exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate case management and triage processes.
  • Manage service schedules using our administrative database.
  • Prepare and send necessary files to consultants.
  • Assist examinees with forms completion and direct them to the appropriate services.
  • Create assessment files and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Receive and transfer incoming calls.
  • Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to consultants, management, and staff.
  • Familiarize yourself with WSIB Specialty Programs and Occ Rehab.
  • Liaise with external partners.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules.
  • Work with various platforms, including Nexus and LPS.
