At Lifemark, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will serve as the first point of contact for our company, embodying a passion for exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate case management and triage processes.
- Manage service schedules using our administrative database.
- Prepare and send necessary files to consultants.
- Assist examinees with forms completion and direct them to the appropriate services.
- Create assessment files and ensure accurate documentation.
- Receive and transfer incoming calls.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to consultants, management, and staff.
- Familiarize yourself with WSIB Specialty Programs and Occ Rehab.
- Liaise with external partners.
- Coordinate staffing schedules.
- Work with various platforms, including Nexus and LPS.
