Recruitment Professional with Staffing Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Great Connections Employment Services Inc.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying staffing requirements and providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
Salary:The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:- Identify Current and Prospective Staffing Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze business needs and identify gaps in staffing. They will be responsible for providing recommendations to management on how to address these gaps.
Provide Information or Services to Employees and CandidatesThe successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service to both employees and candidates, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Collect and Screen ApplicantsThey will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates for open positions, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
Advise Job Applicants on Employment Requirements and TermsThe Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to develop job postings, interview questions, and other recruitment materials. They will also ensure that all applicants are aware of the terms and conditions of employment.
Review Candidate Inventories and Contact Potential ApplicantsOur ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with candidates, negotiating salaries and benefits as needed.
Notify Applicants of Results and Prepare Job OffersOnce a candidate has been selected, the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for extending a job offer, negotiating salary and benefits, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Advise Managers and Employees on Staffing Policies and ProceduresThe successful candidate will work closely with HR to develop and implement staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Attention to Detail, Work under Pressure, Ability to MultitaskThe Recruitment Specialist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent Oral Communication, Excellent Written Communication, Client Focus, Efficient Interpersonal SkillsExceptional communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to negotiate salaries and benefits, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively in writing.
Reliability, Team Player, OrganizedOur ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. They will be reliable, efficient, and proactive in their approach to recruitment.
Experience:At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field is required for this role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates for open positions.
