Job Title: Expert Staffing Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our team at Appoint Staffing. This is a part-time position that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of professionalism.


About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for conducting intake meetings with clients, managing the entire recruiting cycle, and maintaining open communication throughout the hiring process. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as developing effective strategies to attract top talent.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and expectations, ensuring that we provide personalized service and exceed their expectations.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Candidate Selection: Work with hiring managers to select the best candidate for each position, taking into account factors such as skillset, experience, and fit within the company culture.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, requiring a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
