Job Title: Strategic Accounts Director

The Strategic Accounts Director at Aramark Canada is a key role focused on driving sales growth and expanding relationships with key clients across Canada. This position requires a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in account management and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships to achieve revenue targets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth across Canada.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
  • Lead the sales process, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients across Canada.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Align account strategies with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, implementing strategies to optimize growth and profitability.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee account budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and clients.
  • Analyze market trends and financial data to make informed business decisions.
Market Analysis and Insight:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape across Canada.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Aramark's presence and reputation.
Client Satisfaction and Retention:
  • Monitor and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Implement client feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
