Food Service Operations Manager

At JJBG Holdings Inc, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to lead our food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment, including supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and ensuring food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervising a team of 5-10 people and establishing work schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience. You will also possess excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and be a team player.
