Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy resort.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train and supervise a team of kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve delicious meals to our guests.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our culinary operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
