Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Prepare and manage budgets, estimating ingredient and supply needs to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing insights to inform business decisions
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
