About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at On time truck & Trailer Repair inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing expert technical advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Technical Advisory: Offer expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to protect our clients' interests.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve complex conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to our clients after the sale to ensure their continued satisfaction.
