Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our backup systems and processes, as well as providing support in maintaining our network and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform reliable, secure backup and recovery across the enterprise in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Network and Server Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and administration of network and server infrastructure, including NetApp.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network and server-related issues, and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Create and update documentation for backup procedures, solutions, licensing, and applicable project artifacts, and collaborate with the IT team to implement network and server upgrades and improvements.
  • Education and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education in Information Technology Services, and 2-3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst or related role.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of security concepts surrounding operating systems and applications, and relevant certifications considered an asset.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Ability to identify problems, solve them, act decisively, and show good judgment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in various situations, adapting to ongoing changes.
