Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Eli Logistics Solutions Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and supply chain coordination.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and other key performance indicators.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics operations role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
